Having been in the property and finance industry for over 20 years, one thing continues to astonish me: people who act without the 'support' of others are incredibly rare. Let me explain. Someone might possess a wealth of information from highly credible sources and acknowledge its value. Yet, without evidence that others are acting on that data, they hesitate. In other words, no one wants to be the first to act, to set the trend, or to blaze the trail. Yet, the greatest rewards lie at the front of the pack. Many will lament, 'I wish I'd done this earlier,' or 'I knew I should have started sooner.' And so it goes... But the individual who says, 'Screw it, I'm jumping now,' when those around them haven't, is exceedingly rare.

Indecision can be detrimental. If you want to be happier and more productive in life, become adept at making swift decisions. It's not the choice itself that matters most; it's the speed with which you act. This not only influences your success in life but also your personal growth.
